A small-batch parlor with a live cold-plate show.

Rock N Roll Handrolled is a Northern California creamery known for premium rolled ice cream prepared on a freezing surface — right in front of you. Our Lodi location brings classic flavors alongside South Asian-inspired creations like Gulab Jamun, Ras Malai and Kesar Pistachio.

Every cup is hand-poured, chopped on the plate, rolled into ribbons and finished with your choice of toppings and drizzle. Nothing is pre-made.

We pour a liquid cream base onto a freezing cold plate, then chop, mix and spread it as it freezes. Once set, it's scraped into tight little rolls and stood up in your cup — all made to order, right in front of you.

How many toppings are included?

Three complimentary toppings come with every cup — pick any combination from our topping bar at no extra charge.

Are drizzles really unlimited?

Yes. Add as many drizzles as you'd like — single or layered — including Nutella, caramel, condensed milk and rose syrup.

Do you have dairy-free or vegan options?
